PulleyLab

A small tool for making custom timing pulleys.

I needed a custom timing pulley I could bring into Fusion. I found a $20 plugin, then decided to build a small tool for it instead.

That became PulleyLab.

Pick an HTD profile, set the tooth count, belt width, and bore, and generate the pulley. Add flanges or a hub if you need them. You can inspect it as a solid, in X-ray, as a wireframe, or with a matte clay finish, then download a real STEP file for CAD or an STL for printing.

It runs entirely in your browser. No install, no account. The filename includes your build dimensions, and you can save a setup or send someone a link that opens with the same settings.

The first version supports HTD 3M, 5M, and 8M. Check the fit with your actual belt before making the final part.

I built it because I needed it. If it saves someone else a little time getting back to what they were making, even better.
